Returns & Exchanges

At Easy Clothes, we want you to love every piece you order, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
